We’re looking for someone to join our brilliant team to lead our owned e-commerce channel & lead performance marketing, to take TRIP on the journey to become one of the leading wellness brands in the world. We need a team player excited by the start-up, challenger brand landscape and looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment! The Role

Website - Trading & CRO:

Manage the UX optimisation and development of the website (shopify) with the aims of improving conversion and average order value. Work collaboratively with the operations team to manage supply and demand. Lead contact with our website development agency. Ensure website is optimised for SEO and manage SEO growth strategy.

Performance Marketing - Acquisition & CRM:

Develop the existing performance marketing mix to reduce acquisition cost and drive customer growth. Optimise current marketing channels and add new channels, content strategies and audience builds to improve online growth. Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative used in online advertising. Improve customer retention and satisfaction throughout customer lifecycle. Focuses will include but are not limited to: social, display, search, SEO, affiliate and email marketing.

You are:

- 5+ years experience growing D2C consumer products online, through website optimisation and performance marketing

- Entrepreneurial, with a desire to totally lead & own the online sales channel for one of the fastest growing wellness businesses in the UK

- Data driven and analytical e-comm lead with a passion for fast-growth, and a commercial mindset. You have experience of managing large digital media budgets.

- Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads Manager, Display networks or similar

- Experience with US and EU e-commerce a bonus.
