Promoter: TRIP Drink Limited, 13 Hillgate Street, London, England, W8 7SP (“TRIP”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Eligibility
1.1 Open to UK residents aged 18+ only.
1.2 Not open to employees of TRIP, its agencies, prize partners or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, or members of their immediate families or households.
1.3 Entrants must hold a public TikTok account and be eligible to use TikTok Shop affiliate/shoppable links in accordance with TikTok’s terms and policies.
1.4 Internet access and a valid email address are required.
2. Promotion period
2.1 Opens 00:01 (UK time) on 16/09/2025 and closes 23:59 (UK time) on 17/09/2025.
2.2 Entries outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
3. How to enter
3.1 During the Promotion Period, post original content on TikTok that features any TRIP product and includes:
– a valid TikTok Shop shoppable/affiliate link to a TRIP product;
– the hashtag #tripsuperbrandday; and
– a tag of @trip.drinks.
3.2 Accounts must be set to public for the duration of the promotion and winner verification.
3.3 Multiple eligible posts are allowed; see clause 4 for how winner performance is measured.
3.4 No purchase by the entrant is necessary to enter. Standard TikTok and data charges apply.
4. Winner selection – performance measurement
4.1 Winner determination: the single entrant who drives the highest TRIP GMV on TikTok Shop during the Promotion Period will win.
4.2 GMV definition: “GMV” means the total value of paid customer orders for eligible TRIP products that are attributed by TikTok Shop to the entrant’s eligible content and completed within the Promotion Period. Cancelled orders, failed payments and refunded amounts (including partial refunds) are excluded. Shipping fees are excluded. Discounts applied at checkout count towards the paid order value actually charged to the customer.
4.3 Attribution: orders must be attributed to the entrant by TikTok Shop reporting (creator/affiliate reporting). TRIP’s reconciliation of TikTok Shop data is final.
4.4 Aggregation: where an entrant posts multiple eligible videos, GMV will be aggregated across those videos provided each was first published within the Promotion Period.
4.5 Tie-breakers: if there is a tie on GMV, the winner will be the tied entrant with the greater number of unique paid orders attributed in the period; if still tied, the winner will be the entrant whose first eligible post was published earlier.
4.6 Fair play: use of bots, fake/fraudulent traffic, incentivised purchases that mislead consumers, misleading claims, or any breach of TikTok policies or the CAP Code will result in disqualification. TRIP may request reasonable evidence to verify compliance.
5. Moderation rules for content
5.1 Entries must be the entrant’s own original work, lawful, decent and not misleading, and must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and advertising policies.
5.2 Do not include third-party intellectual property (e.g., music, logos, images) unless you own the rights or have permission.
5.3 Do not make unsubstantiated health claims or claims that cannot be substantiated about TRIP products.
5.4 Do not depict or encourage unsafe or irresponsible behaviour.
6. Prize
6.1 One (1) prize: a gift voucher for Our Retreat – a 2-night Wellness Retreat in Somerset for two people sharing a twin room with private bathroom (room type subject to the partner’s availability).
6.2 Travel, transfers, meals outside the retreat package, incidentals and any extras are not included.
6.3 Voucher expires and must be utilised by 31st December 2026 and is subject to the retreat partner’s terms, dates and availability. Blackout dates may apply.
6.4 Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is offered. If necessary, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6.5 Any tax liability arising from the prize is the winner’s responsibility.
7. Winner notification and fulfilment
7.1 The provisional winner will be identified after reconciliation of TikTok Shop data and announced on or around 01/10/2025 on @trip.drinks.
7.2 We will contact the provisional winner via TikTok direct message from @trip.drinks and will make at least three attempts over 14 days. The winner must respond within 7 days of first contact and may be required to provide eligibility and identity information.
7.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to provide required information in time, we may award the prize to the next-ranked eligible entrant.
7.4 We may publish the winner’s TikTok handle and county of residence. If you object to this, please tell us when you claim your prize — we will still be obliged to provide this information to the ASA on request.
8. Data protection
8.1 We will process personal data to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange the prize, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Your data may be shared with TikTok (for reporting/verification) and with the prize partner to arrange the booking. Data for unsuccessful entrants will be retained only as long as reasonably required for administration and compliance.
9. Disqualification
9.1 We may disqualify any entrant who: breaches these T&Cs or TikTok policies; submits unlawful, harmful or misleading content; tampers with entry or attribution processes; or attempts to artificially inflate GMV.
9.2 If a disqualification occurs after award (e.g., due to fraud or mass refunds), we may require return of the prize or substitute an alternative winner.
10. General
10.1 We reserve the right to refuse entry, withdraw or amend the promotion if it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — but we will avoid making changes that materially disadvantage participants and will always administer the promotion fairly and honourably.
10.2 Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
10.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok. By entering, you agree to release TikTok from any liability arising from the promotion.
10.4 If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
10.5 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
