About TRIP

Yes all of our products are third party lab tested to ensure the highest quality and purity. These lab results confirm the amount of adaptogens in our drinks. Any questions for us, always get in touch!
Our drinks contain no added sugar, on average there are 1-2g of sugar per can of TRIP.

Absolutely! Though changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance, to ensure we are able to apply these before your order is prepared.
We’re not able to guarantee that changes will be applied if they are made after this time (though our team will help as much as they can!)
Please keep in mind that any changes or cancellations made on the day your subscription order processes will only apply to the next scheduled delivery, and not the order currently en route to you.
Every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, depending on what you selected at checkout.
Your order will renew on the same weekday that your original order was placed, not the same calendar date. For example, if you ordered on a Friday, your recurring order will process on the Friday, 2 (or 4, 6 or 8) weeks later.
Not to worry—we’ll remind you! Please make sure you are signed up to our email marketing, as we’ll email you a heads up 3 days before your order is due.

Our team is available 6am-6pm GMT, Monday to Friday. If your subscription order is scheduled on a weekend, please reach out to us with any changes by Friday lunchtime to ensure we’re able to help in time.

Shipping
All subscription orders are sent using express shipping, and we aim to deliver express orders within 1-2 business days of your order being fulfilled.
For standard shipping, we aim to deliver orders within 3-5 business days.
In the instance of seasonal or courier-related delays, we’re not able to guarantee precise delivery times, as these scenarios are sadly out of our control. We’ll still do our best to deliver your order as quickly and safely as we can!
Our UK orders are all shipped from our fulfilment centre in the UK.
