In the morning, place a few drops of Orange Blossom CBD oil under your tongue and hold for a minute before swallowing.

When you’re winding down in the evening, just before you go to bed, place a couple of drops of Dream Drops CBD oil under your tongue, hold for a minute and breathe deeply.

A half dropper of Orange Blossom CBD oil (15ml bottle) contains approx. 10 drops and 33MG CBD. A half dropper of Dream Drops CBD oil (30ml bottle) contains approx. 10 drops and 50MG CBD.
