We’ve spent 15 months researching and creating a proprietary TRIP Mindful Blend™, with Magnesium, Lion’s Mane, Ashwagandha & L-theanine, at the perfect amounts to deliver a uniquely delicious, authentically functional beverage, helping you unwind into your best self. 

Our Mindful Blend range has been created for you to enjoy throughout the day, multiple times per day if desired. 

However, dosing is personal - similar to how caffeine can affect everyone differently. Our drinks contain 120mg of magnesium citrate, which is roughly ⅓ of your daily recommended allowance. Magnesium at very high doses (1000mg+) can sometimes cause a laxative effect. Note how you feel after your first experience and take it from there.

Our blend will not induce sleep, so have it at any time of the day. It will simply help you feel calm.
