Ingredients

Magnesium blend (glycinate, citrate), citric acid, natural flavoring, botanical extracts (L-theanine from green tea, lion's mane), natural color: red beetroot, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

How to use

1. Scoop - Add 1 level teaspoon of to cold water, dilute to your preferred taste (250ml - 350ml). Or add to your daily smoothie.

2. Shake - Shake, mix or stir! Powder at the bottom of your glass is natural, just stir until it’s fully dissolved.

3. Sip - Drink as part of your daily routine.
