TRIP powders have been created for you to enjoy throughout the day, multiple times per day if desired. However, dosing is personal - similar to how caffeine can affect everyone differently. Our drinks contain 250mg of magnesium, which is roughly ⅔ of your daily recommended allowance.

Add a teaspoon of powder to 250ml water and stir before shaking. Be careful when using a protein shaker as the bubbles may cause a splash when you open the lid after shaking.
If the sweetness level in 250ml water isn’t for you, simply adjust the water quantity to your own liking.
